KNOWING UR BODY TYPE





Before knowing about ur body type think ...why only ARNOLD was only taken as the best body builder and how does he make it so perfects.

He is also a man but he gotta to know about his body.

  1. means how does body respond
  2. To which limit the body should be worked out
  3. what are the nutrients does his body required
  4. when to train & when not to train
these are few things to be know by every one who what to build there body

Today i wrote this depending on my experience of nearly 3 year it took to me know all about this.I share this because there are so many people like me to build a classic body.Before that know about body.This cant be said by any coach or any body builder it can see by you only. how ur body is responding and what changes u feel .

  1. ECTOMORPHS
  2. MESOMORPHS
  3. ENDOMORPHS

Ectomorph Body Type

Ectomorphs are good at processing carbohydrates into energy and your fast metabolism means that you burn off fat easily. The downside is that you struggle to bulk up because your fast-twitch fibres are underdeveloped. To become more muscular, you need to keep cardio sessions to a minimum and focus on intense workouts using compound exercises to maximise growth hormone release. You’ll also need to take on about 3,000 calories a day including plenty of starchy carbs and whey protein, possibly from a supplement.



Mesomorph Body Type

A mesomorph has a large bone structure, large muscles and a naturally athletic physique. Mesomorphs are the best body type for bodybuilding. They find it quite easy to gain and lose weight. They are naturally strong which is the perfect platform for building muscle.



Endomorph Body Type

The endomorph body type is solid and generally soft. Endomorphs gain fat very easily. Endo’s are usually of a shorter build with thick arms and legs. Muscles are strong, especially the upper legs. Endomorphs find they are naturally strong in leg exercises like the squat.

ABOUT MY BODY TYPE

My body types was Ectomorphy. It took 3 year to know this because know one where to explain me about this.After a huge browse and studying on it i got to know. Depending on that knowledge it bulid my body where whithin six months i increased by body weight by near 10KG's as a skinny guys it much hard to build mass .But how ever from a weight of near 50Kg to 80KG in a year and half i managed to increase my body.


I my next blog i will share my nutrition and workout and make the skinny body easily gain muscular weight

HERE ARE THE FEW TIPS FOR AFTER YOU KNOW YOUR BODY TYPE

  1. Never over train your body
  2. When you feel ill don't train
  3. Warm up must be mandatory
  4. increase your weight gradually
  5. train hard but in smart and correct way
  6. change your routine twice or thrice a month for maximum growth
